Use the STA-LOK rod system for a variety of applications

The STA-LOK rod system is highly effective for architectural rigging providing an attractive, high quality, low maintenance alternative to wire rope rigging.

STA-LOK rods can be used in a variety of structural and decorative applications. Typical uses include, glass curtain wall supports, fabric canopy support and tension systems, roof tie rod and trusses, bridge suspensions, structural bracing, balustrades, awning and fixture hangers, and trellis.

Manufactured from the highest specification materials, STA-LOK offers a comprehensive range of standard capacity stainless steel rods and fittings.

The standard capacity rod system has been developed to meet most strength requirements, and is manufactured from 316 stainless steel grade 1.4401 available in diameters to suit ISO metric threads M6 - M27 and UNF threads ¼” – 1”.

Minimum breaking loads are base on the core diameter of the thread. Stainless steel rods are available up to three metres in length. For spans greater than three metres, a rod connector reference RC is required.
